Computer Repair Services – Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our computer repair services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Agreement

By submitting your device for repair, you authorize our technicians to diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform necessary repairs or maintenance as discussed. All services are subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.

2. Diagnostic Fee

A non-refundable diagnostic fee may apply to evaluate the condition of your device. This fee is included in the final cost if the repair is approved. If the customer declines the repair, the diagnostic fee will still be charged.

3. Estimates and Approval

All repair costs will be estimated and communicated to the customer prior to service. No repair will be performed without prior approval. Verbal or written consent will be considered authorization to proceed.

4. Data and File Responsibility

Customers are responsible for backing up their data before submitting a device. While we take precautions during repair, we are not liable for any loss of data, files, or software during service. Data recovery services may be offered separately.

5. Limited Warranty

All repair services come with a limited warranty (typically 15–90 days depending on the service). This covers parts and labor for the specific issue repaired. The warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, virus infections, software corruption, or unrelated future issues.

6. Parts and Components

Replacements may include new, used, or refurbished parts depending on availability and customer preference. We use high-quality, compatible components and will notify customers if OEM parts are unavailable. Parts are covered under the same warranty period as the repair.

7. Turnaround Time

We aim to complete repairs within the agreed timeframe; however, delays may occur due to parts availability, device complexity, or other unforeseen issues. We will communicate any delays promptly.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service and before the return of the device. Accepted payment methods include cash, UPI, card, or digital wallets. Devices not claimed or paid for within 30 days of completion may be subject to storage fees or considered abandoned.

9. Liability Waiver

While we take all reasonable measures to protect your device and data, we are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from repair efforts, including hardware failure, software conflicts, or compatibility issues unless caused by gross negligence.

10. Customer Consent

By submitting a device for repair, the customer confirms ownership or authorized access to the device and agrees to the terms outlined herein. False claims may be reported to authorities.

11. No Contract Requirement

Our services are available on a per-need basis. No long-term contract is required unless otherwise specified for maintenance or remote support plans.

12. Remote Support Disclaimer

For remote services, the customer must provide secure access. We are not responsible for security breaches due to insecure networks or unauthorized third-party access during or after the session.

13. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any information or data seen during repairs will remain confidential and will not be copied, shared, or stored without your explicit consent.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the current terms before service.
